Esther Pendo is qualified in procurement and supply chain management. She holds a degree
from St. Paul’s university in Business administration Management with a focus in supply
chain management and Procurement.

creating posters, banners and logo designs.

Agnes Kiraithe
Operations Manager
Agnes is a specialist in general management with extensive working experience both in a children’s charity and the transport industry making her adept at thriving in diverse environments .Her skills in planning and operations management ensure logical and timely project delivery .Commercially aware, she has a fast grasp of client organization design and operations .Her training as a professional mediator is handy in working out balanced outcomes. Agnes has good people and communication skills and is able to work along diverse age spectra and backgrounds.
Her role in senior management in the only formal bus company, in charge of a 3,000 strong highly unionized workforce , gives her unique insight into people .Having originally trained as a teacher she is passionate about imparting skills, mentorship and coaching.
Agnes volunteers her skills to offer humanitarian support through the Rotary Club of Muthaiga where she has also served as club president as well as taking up other roles

Aleke Dondo
Associate Consultant
Aleke Dondo over 20 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing projects for inclusive finance and leading teams of Consultants and researchers on assignments Kenya, Somalia, Somaliland, Tanzania and South Sudan. In 2011, he was awarded the Outstanding Social Entrepreneur in Africa by the World Economic Forum and the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship for his work in promoting inclusive financial markets.
He has carried out over thirty researches in the fields of Small Enterprise and Microfinance development and has authored 10 published papers and over 30 unpublished ones. He holds a Master Degree in Economics from York University – Canada and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Nairobi, among other professional training acquired.
Aleke has served and continues to serve on the boards of organizations involved in development work. He is a member of the K-Rep Group board and Members of the Aga Khan Foundation regional committee for East Africa and Allavida. Mr. Dondo also serves on the boards of for profit entities including Makao Mashinani Limited, Biashara Factors (he is currently the chairman) and Kongoni Tandala Water Company.
His knack for leadership and broad experience makes him an automatic choice for lead consultant.
